Installation

Method 1: Manual ZIP Upload (Recommended)

1. Download wpcalibrate-shipping-connector-1.0.0.zip from the Latest Release.
2. Log into your WordPress Dashboard.
3. Navigate to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
4. Choose the downloaded ZIP file and click Install Now.
5. Click Activate Plugin.

Dashboard Updates via GitHub

WPCalibrate Shipping Connector features native in-dashboard update detection powered by GitHub Releases.

1. When a new release is published on GitHub, WordPress will automatically display an update notification under Dashboard > Updates and in the Plugins screen.
2. Click Update Now to update the plugin with a single click directly from your WordPress admin dashboard.
3. Fully compatible with the standard WordPress Upgrader and Git Updater.

How to Use & Configuration

Step 1: Connect API Credentials

1. In your WordPress admin menu, go to WPCalibrate > Shipping Connector.
2. Select the API Connection tab.
3. Enter your Delhivery Client Name and API Authentication Token.
4. Choose Staging / Sandbox for testing or Production for live fulfillments.
5. Click Test Connection to verify API communication.

Step 2: Configure Origin Warehouses

1. Navigate to the Warehouses tab.
2. Click Add New Warehouse.
3. Enter your pickup address, city, state, pincode, and contact details.
4. Important: The origin warehouse name must match your registered pickup location in the Delhivery Client Portal.
5. Set your primary warehouse as Default Origin.

Step 3: Enable Shipping Zone Rate Method

1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones.
2. Select your domestic shipping zone (e.g. India).
3. Click Add shipping method and choose Delhivery B2C Express.
4. Return to WPCalibrate > Shipping Connector > Shipping tab to configure handling markups (flat fee or percentage) and fallback shipping rates.

Step 4: Configure Webhooks & Automation

1. Navigate to the Tracking & Webhooks tab.
2. Copy your unique Webhook URL (https://yourdomain.com/wp-json/wpcalibrate-shipping/v1/webhook).
3. Copy your Webhook Secret Token.
4. Paste these credentials into your Delhivery UC / Unified Portal under Webhook Notifications for automatic real-time tracking sync.

Single Order Management

Open any order in WooCommerce admin (supporting both HPOS and classic postmeta screens). The WPCalibrate: Delhivery Logistics metabox provides:

• 1-Click Manifest: Instantly books the shipment and assigns an AWB.
• Print Shipping Label: Opens a 4×6 inch thermal barcode label.
• Schedule Pickup: Books an on-demand courier pickup.
• Track Shipment: Displays live location timeline and scan history.

Does this plugin require an active Delhivery commercial account?

Yes. You need an active Delhivery B2C Domestic account with API credentials (client name and token).

Is High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) supported?

Yes. WPCalibrate Shipping Connector is 100% HPOS certified and declared compatible via FeaturesUtil::declare_compatibility( 'custom_order_tables', ... ).

Does it support volumetric weight?

Yes. Rates automatically evaluate the greater of actual dead weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H / 5000 in cm and kg).

What happens if Delhivery API is temporarily unreachable?

The checkout seamlessly falls back to your configured fallback rate, ensuring your customer can complete checkout without interruption.
