The quickest method for installing the importer is:
Visit 'Plugins Add New'
Upload from directory file 'Facebook Instant Articles (Custom Ads)'
Activate the plugin on your Plugins page
If you would prefer to do things manually then follow these instructions:
1. Upload the fia-ads-wordpress-plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
