Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

Change your User Agent to whatever you want.
Go to Settings > Spoof User Agent to configure the User Agent exposed when doing HTTP requests.
