Frequently Asked Questions

How do I show categories as thumbnails?

Choose the “Category thumbnails” layout for product_cat in the plugin settings or via the tax_layouts shortcode parameter (e.g., tax_layouts="product_cat:cat_thumb").

Does this work without ACF?

Yes. ACF is only needed if you want to filter by ACF-created fields.

What is the main shortcode?

Use [halo_filter]. Optional helpers: [halo_filter_products], [halo_filter_btn], [halo_filter_mobile], [halo_filter_found_count].
