Frequently Asked Questions

Do customers need a WordPress account to view shared carts?

No, customers can view carts via the shared link without logging in. The system will automatically create a WordPress user account for the customer using their email address, but they don't need to log in to view or interact with the cart.

Can I customize the email notifications?

Currently, the plugin uses default email templates. In future versions, we plan to add customizable email templates.

What happens when a cart is approved?

When a cart is approved (either by the customer or admin), the system automatically creates a standard WooCommerce order under the customer's account. The order has the same products, quantities, and prices as the saved cart.

Can I modify a cart after it's been shared?

Yes, as an admin, you can edit the cart contents and update the shared cart. The customer will see the updated cart when they visit the link.

Can I delete a saved cart?

Yes, you can delete saved carts from the admin dashboard as long as they haven't been approved yet. Once a cart is approved and converted to an order, the cart cannot be deleted.
