No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

Move all posts assigned to one category into another category in one action.

Description

Bulk Category Swap adds Tools > Bulk Category Swap. Select a source category and a destination category, then confirm. The plugin removes the source category from every matching post and adds the destination category, while preserving all other categories on those posts.

Only users who can manage categories can run the tool. The action is protected with a WordPress nonce.

Installation

  1. Upload the ww-bulk-category-swap folder to /wp-content/plugins/, or upload the ZIP through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
  2. Activate Bulk Category Swap.
  3. Go to Tools > Bulk Category Swap.
