Install
Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:
wp plugin install https://github.com/webtor-io/wordpress-plugin/releases/download/v0.0.1/webtor.zipNo built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

How to Install
Go to the releases section of the repository and download the most recent release.
Then, from your WordPress administration panel, go to Plugins > Add New and click the Upload Plugin button at the top of the page.
