Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

Privacy-friendly, cookieless, no-PII page-view analytics for WordPress — self-hosted, multisite-safe, no third-party service.

inklura-analytics records aggregate page views in a small per-blog table and shows them on a clean operator dashboard.
