  1. Upload the ai-seo-captain folder to /wp-content/plugins/
  2. Activate the plugin in Plugins → Installed Plugins
  3. Navigate to SEO Captain → Settings and enter your AI provider API key
  4. Run the Setup Wizard to index your site, generate metadata, and audit all pages

After activation, configure the plugin in SEO Captain → Settings:
