PLUGIN: Checkout.com-Conditional-3DS & Improved Error-Handling

Adds conditional 3DS functionality to Checkout.com plugin for WooCommerce for country == GB, currency == GBP and transaction amount > 150 GBP.

Customizes messages displayed on order thank you page post-payment.

NOTE: this is a bespoke plugin created for a client, so will likely need modding to work for your use case.
