PLUGIN: Basic Product Size Chart
Adds option to product edit screen (side metabox) to attach size chart/image and change corresponding text displayed on front-end.
Metabox is located right above main product image matabox in sidebar.
NOTE: this is a bespoke plugin created for a client, so will likely need modding to work for your use case.
