No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

Form plugin for testing purposes
The plugin works with WordPress, the functionality includes adding an additional forms using shortcode into any page or post
  1. Just copy the plugin into your plugins folder
  2. Activate it
  3. Find "Dekart Forms" page in your WordPress dashboard
  4. Add a form
  5. Take the shortcode of a particular form
  6. Add the shortcode into your post or page

After a submission you would be able to see the entry information in the entries page of the current form
