Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

🧩 A plugin for integrating Pretix into Wordpress
This plugin allows linking movies and events to pretix pages. It amends the custom post types we use and allows manually specifying the url on which tickets for this event are available on. Additionally, the plugin provides an AJAX-action to allow guessing the correct event url.
