This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

Installation
- Upload the plugin files to
/wp-content/plugins/product-visibility-by-user/ - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
- Make sure WooCommerce is installed and activated
- Edit any product and configure visibility settings
Usage
- Go to Products > Edit any product
- Scroll to "Product Visibility Settings" section
- Select users or roles to hide/show the product for
- Save the product
