Bulk-update the ACF "form_sector" field on Dr. Levinger pages from a CSV.

Description

Adds Tools -> Form Sector Updater in wp-admin. Upload a CSV where column A is the page URL and column E is the correct sector ("סקטור חדש"). The plugin resolves each URL to its post (all post types + multilingual /en/, /ar/, /ru/ permalinks) and sets the ACF "form_sector" field. Allowed values: eyes, est, surgery, beer7.

Includes a dry-run mode (default) that previews every change before anything is saved.
