Insight - Gazpro - lead.im

Forwards WS Form leads from the Gazpro commercial-vehicle landing pages to the lead.im CRM.

Description

Every submission of the configured WS Form is POSTed to https://api.lead.im/v2/submit with the first and last name joined, the phone number, the selected vehicle, the marketing consent flag, and campaign attribution (landing page URL plus UTM parameters read from the referring page).

The integration is injected into WS Form's action pipeline at submit time via the wsf_actions_post_submit filter, so no form or database state is modified. WS Form executes it as a normal Webhook action, which means the exact request payload and lead.im's response - including the returned lead ID - are recorded against each submission in wp-admin.

lead.im answers with HTTP 200 even when it refuses a lead. The plugin inspects the response body and, on error, writes to the PHP error log and emails the configured address. It deliberately does not fail the visitor's submission: WordPress has already stored their details, and only the CRM handoff failed.

Configuration

Settings -> lead.im. The plugin stays completely inactive until a lead.im key is saved, so it is safe to activate before configuring.

• WS Form ID - the form to forward (Gazpro: 1)
• lead.im form ID - lm_form (Gazpro: 122589)
• lead.im key - lm_key, supplied by the CRM vendor
• Subject - constant sent with every lead
• Failure notification email - defaults to the site admin email

Credentials are stored in the database, never in this repository.
