Install
No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

A WordPress plugin for use by u3as to provide a simple maintenance mode page to temporarily prevent public access to the website. A logged in Author, Editor or Administrator will still be able to access the website.
