Replicate Content

This WordPress plugin allows you to easily display customized contact forms from your database anywhere on your website using a simple shortcode.
It provides a flexible way to connect, render, and manage different contact forms — each with its own design, input fields, and layout — all from a single source.

Instead of manually recreating or duplicating forms on different pages, you can define them once in your database, and simply reference them with a shortcode.
The plugin will automatically fetch and render the selected contact form wherever the shortcode is placed.

It’s ideal for websites that use multiple contact forms with different designs or purposes (e.g., general inquiries, support, sales, feedback) but want to manage everything in one place.

Usage

💡 Usage

  1. After activation, go to Settings → ContactFormConnections (or the menu created by the plugin). Here you can configure how your forms are connected and retrieved from the database.
  2. Each form entry should have:
    • The URL endpoint or database reference for retrieving its data.
    • Optional custom layout settings if your site supports multiple form templates.
  3. Once your forms are set, simply insert the shortcode into any page, post, or widget:
    [contact_form_connection url="pathurl"]

The plugin will automatically fetch and render the correct form in that position.
