Order tracking for WooCommerce with built-in Greek courier integrations, custom carriers, tracking emails, a customer tracking page, webhooks, and CSV import/export.

This is a beta release. Please try it on a staging site before running it on a live store, and report any issues on GitHub.

Description

• Manage tracking for orders, order items, or both, and add trackings on the order list page.
• Choose from 6 integrated Greek shipping companies (ACS, Γενική Ταχυδρομική, ΕΛΤΑ Courier, Speedex, Courier Center, Easy Mail), or create custom shipping carriers.
• Send tracking emails to customers, with full subject/heading/content customization and shortcodes.
• Manually add tracking numbers to orders from the order screen or the orders list, with an option to notify the customer.
• Utilize a secured REST webhook for instant tracking status updates from external services.
• Import/export orders and tracking info via CSV.
• Reconcile COD (cash on delivery) orders against the settlement report your courier sends you, matched automatically by tracking number.
• Create and customize an Order Tracking page via the [wtm_track_order] shortcode.
• Optional Google reCAPTCHA v2 on the customer tracking page.
• WPML and Polylang compatible (dynamic strings registered for translation).
• Tracking URLs are generated automatically from the carrier's URL template and the tracking number.

Installation

1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
2. Activate through the "Plugins" screen.
3. Configure carriers, the tracking page, reCAPTCHA and webhooks under "TrackMate GR" in the admin menu.
4. Customize the tracking email under WooCommerce → Settings → Emails → "Tracking Added (Woo TrackMate GR)".
