An ultimate helper pack for Gravity Forms containing custom fields like Table Field, Lists Field, and more. Highly intuitive, visually optimized, and extremely powerful for complex layout building.

📦 Installation

  1. Copy the gravityforms-helper folder to your wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Navigate to WordPress Admin → Plugins and Activate "Gravity Forms Helper".
  3. Make sure Gravity Forms (v2.5+) is activated.

🚀 Key Features

1. Table Field

An HTML table where each cell can be customized individually. Ideal for complex grids, spreadsheets, or multi-field layout combinations.

  • Embedded Sidebar Configurator: Build and customize your table grid directly from the Gravity Forms editor settings sidebar.
  • Dynamic Shifting Logic: Add/delete rows and columns with seamless hover buttons directly on the configuration grid.
  • Field Label and Description Control: Set label placement and description alignment inside or around the field.
  • Front-end Field Validation: Individual cell validation checks (e.g. required cells).

2. Lists Field (Advanced Display)

A static lists utility designed for administrators to manage and display customized static list output on the frontend.

  • Admin Choices Interface: Use the native Gravity Forms "Choices" UI to add, remove, and order choices.
  • Bullet List Display: Renders clean static lists (<ul> elements) on the frontend.
  • No Form Submission Overhead: Serves as a display-only field, completely input-free and lightweight.

💾 Data Storage & Integration

  • Submitted table values are securely stored as a JSON string in the Gravity Forms Entry database.
  • Entry Details are rendered as a clean, styled HTML table matching the original layout configuration.
  • Supports default Gravity Forms export features (renders as Label: Value format for CSV/text downloads).
