This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/stoph/ai-lorem-ipsum/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

AI Lorem Ipsum WordPress Plugin

A simple WordPress plugin that allows content creation inside Gutenberg blocks using OpenAI's API.

Installation

  1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/
  2. Activate the plugin through the WordPress admin
  3. Go to Settings > AI Lorem Ipsum to configure your OpenAI API key

Usage

  1. Configure API Key:

    • Go to Settings > AI Lorem Ipsum in your WordPress admin
    • Enter your OpenAI API key (get one from OpenAI Platform)

  2. Use the Block:

    • In the Gutenberg editor, add a new block
    • Search for "AI Lorem Ipsum" or type /ai-lorem-ipsum
    • Enter your content prompt
    • Select the number of paragraphs (1-10)
    • Click "Generate Content"

  3. Result:

    • The AI Lorem Ipsum block will be replaced with individual paragraph blocks
    • Each paragraph can be edited independently
    • Content is generated based on your prompt using OpenAI
