This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/startbuilds/wc-quickbooks-sync/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

A simple WordPress plugin to sync WooCommerce orders with QuickBooks Online. This plugin automatically creates invoices in QuickBooks when orders are completed in WooCommerce.

Installation

  1. Download the plugin zip file
  2. Go to WordPress admin > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
  3. Upload the zip file and activate the plugin
  4. Configure your QuickBooks API credentials in WooCommerce > QuickBooks Sync

Configuration

  1. Create a QuickBooks Online developer account at developer.intuit.com
  2. Create a new app and get your Client ID and Client Secret
  3. Go to WooCommerce > QuickBooks Sync in your WordPress admin
  4. Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, and Realm ID (Company ID)
  5. Enable/disable sandbox mode as needed

How It Works

  1. When an order is marked as "completed" in WooCommerce, the plugin creates a corresponding invoice in QuickBooks
  2. Order details, including line items and customer information, are synced to QuickBooks
  3. Sync status and errors are logged and visible in the admin dashboard

Requirements

  • WordPress 5.8 or higher
  • WooCommerce 5.0 or higher
  • PHP 7.4 or higher
  • QuickBooks Online account and API credentials
