No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:
wp plugin install https://github.com/soderlind/mu-disable-gravatar/archive/refs/heads/main.zipDeclares an update source (https://github.com/soderlind/mu-disable-gravatar), so updates arrive through the plugin's own updater.

Disable Gravatar
WordPress Must-use Plugin that disables Gravatar.
The plugin is simple and use the following hooks:
pregetavatar: Short circuit the Gravatar request. I.e. Stop the request to Gravatar.com.
getavatar: Set the new avatar to an empty string.
