No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

wp plugin install https://github.com/siparker/bbpress-vbulletin-permalink/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

Attention!

You need manually flush rewrite rules after activating bbPress and this plugin. You can do it by visiting /wp-admin/options-permalink.php page. Or use wp cli (wp rewrite flush command).
