A WordPress admin plugin for bulk editing WooCommerce product prices and stock, with optional announcements to Bale Messenger and price sync to a secondary site (Faramoj).

Features

Product management dashboard

• RTL admin UI (“مدیریت استودیو”) with KPI cards: total products, out of stock, staged changes, large price changes (>10%)
• DataTables grid for simple products and variations (SKU, category, prices, stock)
• Inline editing of regular price, sale price, stock quantity, and stock status
• Draft recovery (browser localStorage), undo last change, revert all / per row
• Bulk actions: set price, increase/decrease by percent, set stock status on selected rows
• Filters by category and type, column visibility, comfortable/compact density, mobile card layout

Dual save modes

Integrations

• Bale: Markdown posts with product title, new price, and product link
• Faramoj (site 2): When regular price changes on products in the target category (آنتن GHz), prices are POSTed to a remote sync endpoint

Exports

• Excel (XLSX), HTML report, and PDF
• Themes (light/dark) and audience modes (personal / customer-facing)
• Export all, filtered, selected, or modified rows

Safety & UX

• Pre-save preview of staged changes
• Confirmation when large price swings (>10%) are detected
• Connection badges for Bale and Faramoj configuration status
• AJAX with nonce + manage_woocommerce capability checks
• Short-lived product list cache (5 minutes) for faster reloads

Requirements

• WordPress 5.8+ (recommended)
• PHP 7.4+
• WooCommerce (active)
• HTTPS recommended for remote sync and Bale API calls

Installation

From a release ZIP

1. Download woo-studio-manager-5.1.0.zip from Releases.
2. In WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
3. Activate WooCommerce Studio Manager (Pro Post Edition).
4. Open مدیریت استودیو in the admin menu.

Configuration

Credentials are not stored in the database. Define them in wp-config.php (above the “That’s all, stop editing!” line):

The dashboard header shows whether Bale and Faramoj are configured.

Faramoj sync rule

Remote sync runs only when:

1. Regular price actually changed, and
2. The product (or variation parent) is in category آنتن GHz.

How to use

1. Open مدیریت استودیو.
2. Edit prices/stock in the table (or use bulk tools).
3. Review staged count and the preview before saving.
4. Choose Save + Bale or Save silently.
5. Optionally export filtered/selected products as Excel, HTML, or PDF.

Security notes

• Do not commit real tokens or secrets to Git.
• Only users with manage_woocommerce can use the plugin.
• All AJAX actions verify a WordPress nonce.
• Treat WSM_SITE2_SECRET like a password; rotate it if exposed.
