Install

Download source zip No release zip yet

This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/siko001/sancho-services/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
Updates itself. It ships its own updater, so new versions appear under Dashboard → Updates.

WordPress plugin for Sancho's service architecture, project deliverables, Elementor service components, navigation and portable setup.

Requires WordPress 6.5+ and PHP 8.0+. Install the sancho-services.zip asset from GitHub Releases. The ZIP contains the stable sancho-services/ plugin directory.

Existing installations need version 1.4.2 installed once to enable the built-in GitHub updater. Afterward, use WordPress's normal Update now action, or Check for updates on the plugin row. Updating the plugin does not require reimporting bundled content or rerunning setup.

Releases

Pushing to main or master runs the checks and publishes the next patch release. The first release starts at the source plugin's version, 1.4.2. Explicit stable vX.Y.Z tags and manual releases are also supported. Published releases are not overwritten.

The release workflow packages runtime files, defaults and media, stamps the version, and uploads sancho-services.zip. It uses the built-in GitHub token. The WordPress updater reads public releases without storing a token.

See GITHUB-SETUP.txt for release instructions and README.txt for plugin installation and feature documentation.

Checks

php tests/updater.php
python3 tests/release-version-test.py
python3 tools/build-release.py

GitHub Actions also checks PHP syntax and runs these checks on PHP 8.0 and 8.3. The updater is adapted from the shared custom-plugin updater kit and the version used in ATX Instagram Feed.
