Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

A Simple WordPress Plugin To Get Data With WordPress API Methods And Display It With Shortcode Anywhere On Page Or Post!

note - this is not a automated plugin, it is made for developer by developer, so you have to edit it with your text editor according to your needs!, Don't blame me for your mistakes then!

Installation

  1. Download the fetch_data_from_api.php file from this repository.
  2. Upload this file into /wp-content/plugins location in your WordPress folder.
  3. Change the $base_url and $options according to your needs.
  4. Change the plugin_css() fuction stylings as you need!

WordPress Hooks / Functions Used

  1. wp_remote_get() - For the GET request.
  2. add_shortcode() - To create shortcode of plugin.
  3. add_action() - TO add styling in the head tag.
