No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

Woocommerce Default Gateway
This plugin let one set a gateway that will be the used as pre-selected Payment gateway. By default, WooCommerce pre-select the first available gateway. The feature that pre-select customer's last used payment gateway will not be overridden.
