Requirements

• WordPress 6.0 or newer
• PHP 7.4 or newer (PHP 8.2+ recommended)
• cURL extension enabled (for Google Translate API usage)
• HTTPS-enabled site for production deployments

Installation

1. Upload the packaged ZIP to Plugins > Add New > Upload.
2. Activate ShahiTranslate Pro.
3. Navigate to ShahiTranslate Pro in the WordPress admin menu and run the onboarding wizard.
4. Configure default language, enable target languages, and choose the desired switcher layout.
5. (Optional) Connect your Google Translate API key to unlock neural translations and caching.

• Strip development-only files using .gitattributes prior to packaging
