Install
Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

Installation
Upload msxmd-menu-icons.zip through Plugins > Add New, then activate. Open MSXMD Toolkit > Add-ons, enable MSXMD Menu Icons, and save. Requires MSXMD Toolkit 1.0.0 or newer. Inert when Toolkit is unavailable. Disable the add-on or deactivate this plugin to restore original icons.
Scope
Core sidebar menus plus known menu slugs for Elementor, Site Kit, Novamira and MSXMD Toolkit. Unknown menus retain their own icons. Third-party menu slugs can change; this release only replaces explicit mapped slugs. No menu labels, ordering, permissions, badges or frontend icons are changed. No JavaScript, external requests, uploads or settings of its own. SVG masks inherit menu colors and preserve WordPress sidebar geometry.
