Rozmuar Classic Block Editing for Advanced Custom Fields

Restores ACF's classic "Switch to Edit / Switch to Preview" block toolbar toggle and a fully working field form inside the block canvas, which ACF disables/breaks whenever it detects the block-editor canvas iframe (now always present since WordPress removed the conditional-iframe fallback).
