No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

Current Functionality
Shortcode - [link_with_post_id_to] : Attributes : link, new_tab, text,
Prints Button that links to set URL(link) and opens it in new tab if desired. Content of Button(text) can be set.
