Rank Math Google SA MainWP

Unofficial MainWP Dashboard plugin. It is not affiliated with Rank Math or MainWP.

Install this only on the MainWP Dashboard. Each child site needs Rank Math Google SA, not this plugin.

It stores one Google service-account JSON key on the Dashboard and pushes it into each child’s encrypted rank_math_google_sa_key option.

MainWP Sync does not push this key. Sync pulls site data from children. This plugin uses MainWP’s authenticated extra_execution channel (mainwp_fetchurlauthed).

Setup

1. Install and activate Rank Math Google SA on child sites (MainWP bulk plugin install is fine).
2. Install and activate this plugin on the Dashboard.
3. Enable it under MainWP → Extensions so MainWP will authenticate child requests.
4. Open the extension page, paste or upload the JSON, Save key on Dashboard.
5. Select child sites → Push key to selected.
6. On each child, Rank Math → General Settings → Analytics: pick Search Console site and GA4 property if empty, then Test Connections.

Check status reports whether the child plugin is active and which client_email is stored. Remove key from selected deletes the child’s database copy (not a wp-config.php override).

Storage

The Dashboard keeps its own encrypted copy so you can re-push without pasting again. Children store the key in their database (encrypted). This plugin does not write wp-config.php or files on children.

If a child defines RANK_MATH_SA_KEY_PATH or RANK_MATH_SA_KEY_JSON, the push is refused and the status run will say so.

Without MainWP

Child sites do not need this plugin. Rank Math Google SA still has its own wp-admin UI for a single-site JSON paste.
