This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/riotrequest/wp-diskspace-limits/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

Disk Space Usage Limit Plugin

Description

This WordPress plugin helps you manage and restrict disk space usage within your WordPress installation. It displays the current disk space usage and enforces a defined disk space limit.

Installation

  1. Install the Plugin:

    • Download the plugin ZIP file.
    • Upload and activate it in your WordPress admin panel.

  2. Recommended Placement:

    • For optimal functionality, it is recommended to place this plugin in the "mu-plugins" (Must-Use Plugins) folder.
    • Please make sure your WordPress setup supports Must-Use Plugins.

  3. View Disk Space Usage:

    • Go to your WordPress dashboard.
    • Find the "Disk Space Usage with Limit" widget to view your current disk space usage and the defined limit.

  4. Change Disk Space Limit:

    • Open the plugin file (disk-space-usage.php) in a code editor.
    • Locate the DISK_SPACE_LIMIT constant and change its value (in MB) to your desired limit.
    • Save the file.

  5. Customize Behavior (Optional):

    • You can further customize the plugin's behavior by modifying the code to suit your specific needs.
