This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:
wp plugin install https://github.com/quarkdev/text-inserts/archive/refs/heads/master.zipNo built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

Installation

Using The WordPress Dashboard
- Navigate to the 'Add New' in the plugins dashboard
- Search for 'plugin-name'
- Click 'Install Now'
- Activate the plugin on the Plugin dashboard
Uploading in WordPress Dashboard
- Navigate to the 'Add New' in the plugins dashboard
- Navigate to the 'Upload' area
- Select
plugin-name.zipfrom your computer - Click 'Install Now'
- Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard
Using FTP
- Download
plugin-name.zip - Extract the
plugin-namedirectory to your computer - Upload the
plugin-namedirectory to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard
