Linked Notes
A simple WordPress plugin that creates a new post type called 'Links'. Each post here is a title + a text field + a link. On the front-end, clicking on the title leads directly to the original article.

No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:
