Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

Installation

  1. Download the ZIP file of this repository.
  2. Upload the /protein-calculator-master/ folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  3. Activate the Protein Calculator plugin through the "Plugins" menu in WordPress.

Usage

  • Add the shortcode [calcio_protein_calculator] to your page, post or sidebar.
  • Or add the following code: <?php display_calcio_protein_calculator(); ?> to your template where you would like the Protein Calculator to appear.
