This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/pro-d-e-v/pd17-location-map/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

Interactive vector maps for WordPress, built on MapLibre GL JS and open OpenStreetMap data (OpenFreeMap tiles). No API keys, no ads, no tracking.

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.0+
  • PHP 7.4+

Installation (from source)

  1. Copy the prodev17-location-map folder into wp-content/plugins/.
  2. Activate the plugin in Plugins.
  3. Open PD17 Map in the admin menu and set your coordinates and address.
  4. Add [office_map] to a page, or use the "PD17 Map" widget.

Development

  • Source language for strings is English; the text domain is prodev17-location-map.

  • Regenerate the translation template:

    wp i18n make-pot . languages/prodev17-location-map.pot --domain=prodev17-location-map

  • MapLibre GL JS is bundled under assets/vendor/maplibre-gl/ (3-Clause BSD).
