This is the repository archive. It installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow.

Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:

wp plugin install https://github.com/pluginsclub/simple-whois-checker/archive/refs/heads/main.zip
No built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

Simple-WHOIS-Checker Use the [whois] shortcode in the content of your pages and posts to display the Whois form. When the form is submitted, the Whois information for the entered domain will be displayed on the same page. Note that this plugin requires the whois command to be available on the server and that the website has permission to execute shell commands.
