Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:
wp plugin install https://github.com/planeasoluciones/wp-citas/releases/download/v4.6.2/wp-citas-v4.6.2.zipNo built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

This is a maintained fork of VR-Frases by Vicente Ruiz, originally published on WordPress.org. The original plugin is GPLv2 — this fork continues under the same license. All original copyright notices are preserved in the source files.

Installation
- Download or clone this repo into
wp-content/plugins/wp-citas/ - Activate from WordPress admin → Plugins
- Go to WP Citas → Settings and configure the page slug
- Create a page with that slug and add the
[vrfrases]shortcode
