About Post Chick

Post Chick helps WordPress writers remember important content and SEO duties while they write. Its floating assistant checks the title, main keyword, introduction, content length, headings, paragraphs, links, images, alternative text, questions, conclusion, call to action, and meta description. Completed duties turn green automatically.

Post Chick supports content preparation and editorial discipline. It cannot guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, rich results, or inclusion in AI-generated answers.

Features

  • Floating animated writing assistant
  • Live automatic checklist and green ticks
  • Content-type and main-keyword guidance
  • Word-count and content-structure checks
  • Internal-link and external-source reminders
  • Image and alternative-text checks
  • Question, conclusion, CTA, and metadata checks
  • Limited Auto Complete All Rules
  • Linked table of contents
  • Editorial draft protection
  • Authorized administrator override records
  • Local content-quality reports
  • Built-in usage and troubleshooting guidance
  • No visitor tracking

Local and optional AI assistance

Post Chick Free includes local Auto Complete that does not require an external AI key. Administrators may optionally connect Google Gemini or the OpenAI API using their own provider account and API key.

No external-provider request is made when external AI is disabled. When enabled and an editor requests Auto Complete, relevant draft information is sent to the selected provider. Provider availability, privacy terms, quotas, and charges are controlled by that provider. ChatGPT subscriptions and OpenAI API billing are separate.
