No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:
wp plugin install https://github.com/phoopee3/show-reusable-blocks/archive/refs/heads/master.zipDeclares an update source (https://github.com/phoopee3/show-reusable-blocks), so updates arrive through the plugin's own updater.

For some reason WordPress doesn't show you the UI for reusable blocks.
You can get to it when adding a block by scrolling down to reusable blocks and then clicking on manage reusable blocks, but that's annoying.
This plugin adds a link to the appearance menu that brings you to the list of reusable blocks.
