Admin tool to view all BuddyBoss media (photos, videos, and documents) uploaded to their respective folders, showing where they are linked and who uploaded them.

Description

BuddyBoss Media Admin is a WordPress admin plugin that provides administrators with a comprehensive view of all BuddyBoss media stored in the wp-content/uploads/ folder (bb_medias, bb_videos, and bb_documents folders).

Features:

  • View all BuddyBoss media in a sortable table
  • See where each media item is linked (Activities, Messages, Forum Posts)
  • View uploader information for each media item
  • Search media by title or uploader name
  • Pagination support for large media collections
  • Display file sizes and upload dates
  • Filter by media type (photos, videos, documents)
  • Filter by content type (activities, group activities, forumsn, messages)

Requirements:

  • WordPress 5.0 or higher
  • BuddyBoss Platform plugin (active)
  • PHP 7.4 or higher

Installation

  1. Upload the bb-media-admin folder to /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
  3. Navigate to Tools > BuddyBoss Media in the WordPress admin
