No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:

This plugin allows for easy installation of BdP e.V. corporate design themes. If you have an API key.
This plugins makes all corporate design themes of the BdP e.V. available to your WordPress installation.
1. Install the plugin from the plugin repository.
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
1. Get an API key from http://lab.hanseaten-bremen.de/register/.
1. Enter the API key in the setting section.
1. Browse the additional featured themes.
Users of PHP versions below 5.3 should now get reasonable error messages.
Initial release.
