Install
Upload it under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, then activate.
Install straight from GitHub with WP-CLI:
wp plugin install https://github.com/peyman113/disable-wp-pings/releases/download/v1.0.0/disable-wp-pings.zipNo built-in updater. New versions won't appear under Dashboard → Updates. Install new releases yourself, or let Git Updater track the repository.

It does not disable XML-RPC, so Jetpack and mobile app connections remain functional.
📦 Installation
- Upload the
disable-wp-pingsfolder to your/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
- Done! No settings required.
