JS Video Player with VAST
It's a WordPress plugin. Just a normal html5 video player but it can show pre-roll, mid-roll, post-roll and pause-roll vast ads.

No release zip yet. The repository archive installs, but the folder name will carry the branch suffix and updates will not flow:
