Theme Compatibility

Installation

Automatic Installation

  1. Go to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress admin
  2. Search for "ZK Q&A"
  3. Click Install Now and then Activate

Manual Installation

  1. Download the plugin zip file
  2. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
  3. Upload the zip file and click Install Now
  4. Click Activate Plugin

Setup Wizard

After activation, you'll be prompted to run the setup wizard:

  1. Click Run Setup Wizard
  2. Follow the steps to create necessary pages and configure settings
  3. The wizard will automatically create "Ask Question" and "User Dashboard" pages
  4. Optionally install demo content and integrate with menus

Usage

For Users

Asking Questions

  1. Navigate to your "Ask Question" page (created by setup wizard)
  2. Fill in the question title and detailed description
  3. Select appropriate categories and tags
  4. Submit your question

Answering Questions

  1. Browse questions or use search
  2. Click on a question to view details
  3. Use the answer form at the bottom to provide your response
  4. Your answer will be posted after moderation (if enabled)

Managing Your Content

  1. Visit your user dashboard
  2. View your questions, answers, and subscriptions
