Installation

  1. Upload the plugin files to /wp-content/plugins/warranty-verification-system
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
  3. Use the Warranties menu to configure settings and manage warranties

Requirements

  • WordPress 5.0+
  • WooCommerce 3.0+
  • PHP 7.2+

Configuration

  1. Go to Warranties > Invoice Settings to set up:

    • Company logo
    • Company information
    • Footer text
    • Warranty policy text

  2. Set warranty periods on products:

    • Edit a product
    • Find the "Warranty Period" field
    • Enter number of months

Usage

Adding Warranties

  • Warranties are created automatically when orders are completed
  • Manual warranties can be added via Warranties > Add New

Verifying Warranties

  • Public verification URL: /verify
  • Support warranty number and phone number search
  • QR codes on documents link directly to verification

Printing Documents

  • View individual certificates and invoices
  • Bulk print multiple warranties
  • Professional templates with QR codes
