A debugging plugin to manually create the upsdap_strategies option for WooCommerce Shipping UPS TOS acceptance flow.

Usage

  1. Upload this plugin to your WordPress site's wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate it from the WordPress admin
  3. Once the option is created, you can deactivate and delete the plugin

Purpose

This plugin helps debug issues where the UPS Terms of Service acceptance flow fails due to address normalization problems in WooCommerce Shipping.
