The Events Calendar Extension: Remove Export Links

Remove the export links from all Calendar Views. Remove the "+ Export Events" link from all Calendar Views; Remove the "+ Google Calendar" and "+ Ical Export" links from Single Events. Install and activate like any other plugin!
